KANNAPOLIS, NC (WBTV) – Prior to
this year, the A. L. Brown soccer program wasn't taken seriously- that's
changing thanks to this season.

The Wonders placed third
in conference and made it to the second round of the playoffs with the help of
a sister combination... Amber and Katie Watkins led the team to plenty of victories.

Amber is a junior and has
already broken the school record for most goals in a season at 20, while her
freshman sister is right behind her with 19 goals.

With the two coming back
next year, the team should be a serious contender to win a state title.
